The product is a Next.js application on Postgres that runs client-style prompts across four AI engines, scores who gets named, and produces a ranked list of fixes with drafts and before/after previews.

You will own features end to end: schema, API, UI, and the LLM plumbing behind them. The codebase is small and modern; you will be shaping it, not inheriting it.

What you will do

  • Ship features across the stack: Next.js App Router, React, TypeScript, Drizzle, Postgres.
  • Improve the multi-engine scan pipeline: reliability, cost, scheduling, scoring.
  • Build the recommendation and copilot layers with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini APIs.
  • Own quality: tests, observability, and the small things that make a product feel finished.

What we are looking for

  • 4+ years shipping production web applications; 2+ with React and TypeScript.
  • Comfortable with relational data modeling and SQL.
  • You have integrated LLM APIs in a real product and understand prompts, tokens, latency, and failure modes.
  • You can work without a spec when needed and write one when it helps.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Vercel, Neon, Clerk, or Stripe.
  • Interest in search, SEO, or how answer engines retrieve and cite sources.

Compensation

Competitive salary plus meaningful early-stage equity.
