Agreement

By accessing Shortlistor's website or product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Shortlistor on behalf of a firm, you represent that you have authority to bind that firm.

Services

Shortlistor provides AI-visibility software and related services focused on GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and SEO-aligned recommendations for consulting firms. Features may change as we improve the product. Consultation requests do not guarantee engagement or specific AI-ranking outcomes.

Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate firm information. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or violate these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Shortlistor: no scraping beyond permitted crawlers of public marketing pages, no reverse engineering except where allowed by law, no uploading unlawful content, and no attempts to disrupt or overload the service.

Intellectual property

Shortlistor and its branding, software, and original content are owned by Shortlistor or its licensors. You retain ownership of your firm content. You grant Shortlistor a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

AI and search outcomes

AI engines and search engines are third parties outside our control. Shortlistor helps measure and improve visibility signals, but we do not warrant specific rankings, mention rates, or recommendations from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Google, or any other system.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Shortlistor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have paid no fees.

Termination

You may stop using Shortlistor at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.
