When a firm approves tasks on its Shortlistor action board and chooses specialist execution, a specialist from our network picks them up: writing, structured data, page restructuring, and measurement.

This is project-based contract work with a clear scope per task, paid per deliverable, with the opportunity to grow into a lead-specialist role as volume increases.

What you will do

  • Execute approved tasks: rewrite service pages, draft FAQ blocks, add Organization/FAQ/Person schema, strengthen consultant bios, structure case studies.
  • Work from the task brief and the before/after preview; deliver publish-ready work.
  • Document changes so the follow-up scan can attribute results.

What we are looking for

  • Demonstrated SEO or content work for professional-services firms (portfolio or live examples).
  • Working knowledge of schema.org markup and on-page structure.
  • Reliable, communicative, and comfortable with fixed-scope deliverables.

Nice to have

  • Consulting-industry writing experience.
  • Familiarity with how ChatGPT and Perplexity cite sources.

Compensation

Paid per deliverable; rates set per task type.
